Vegatarian Chicken Gravy

4 tablespoons margarine
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour (use tapioca flour for a wheat-free version)
1/2 teaspoon McKay’s Chicken Seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 cube vegetable bullion (makes 2 cups)
 
1. Melt margarine in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add flour, poultry seasoning, salt, and paprika, stirring with a whisk.
2. Gradually add broth, stirring until blended.
3. Cook 5 minutes over medium-high heat or until thick, stirring constantly.

Serves: 12 (serving size 2 1/2 tablespoons), Preparation time: 15 minutes
