2 c Unflavored TexturedVegatableProtein
3T McKay’s Vegan Chicken Style Seasoning
½ t sage
4 c hot water
1 bag Pepperidge Farm Country Style Stuffing Croutons
2/3 c pecans
¼ c olive oil
2 c chopped onion
1 c chopped celery
In a sauce pan, mix the TVP, McKay’s Seasoning, sage and hot water and bring to a boil.  In a large bowl mix the TVP, croutons and pecans. Sauté onions, celery and in the olive oil until the onions are tender.  Combine the ingredients and pour into a large baking dish that has been sprayed with a nonstick vegetable spray.  Bake at 350o  for 40 to 45 minutes.
